Living here a year, maintenance is impressively quick, and staff are approachable. Free AC cleaning every 6 months is a rare bonus. The building has its quirks—mainly soundproofing on the main road side, but given the price, its fair. The units more modern and cleaner than others in the same range.Great location, essential shops downstairs, and the metros a couple of blocks away. Ideal for small families or pet-friendly bachelors unbothered by noise and food smells. -
