    Great place to live, especially for young people, lots of action both in JBR and in Marina.The apartments are spacious and well laid out, with panoramic views on all sides.But yes, the entrances to the building need upgrading and to match the likes of Shams in JBR. Bad smell inside does not sell the building very well too. In the scheme of things, only minor downsides.

    Good location, residences with a nice view, spacious, but entrances not well maintained, not that fresh as many other places in Dubai. Also it smells in the parking.
