The most elegant and spacious building in alwarqa. Huge 3bhk flats with different layouts. -

Very nice building, apartments are decent sized and best of all has a storage/helper room. However the company that maintains it are the worst people, they will try to rip your security deposit off once you leave. In the summer the AC in the corridor is turned off so while waiting for the elevator it feels like a boiler room. -
