Overall had a very welcoming experience when visiting the Nadine show unit.The level of care and guidance I received, particularly from Mr. Tom (sales head of OBG), was truly exceptional. Meeting him was a pleasure, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his assistance.The apartment itself was outstanding. I fell in love with the design, layout, and overall ambiance of the unit. Thanks to Mr. Toms assistance and the quality of the apartment, I left with a very positive impression of Nadine and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I have been in touch with Mr Sudeep for quite some time now but Nadine Residences is the first project I have taken interest in for my own use.The location is great. Its in close proximity to Discovery Gardens and Furjan Metro Stations. Its a great property for the price in that location. Overall built quality is good but Show unit was a bit of a rushed job.Mr Sudeep introduced me to Mr Tom who is the head of the project. My interactions with Mr Tom has been pleasant and insightful. Both Mr Tom and Mr Sudeep have taken time and effort to help me through the decision making process.

Top Realtor is specializing heavily in Furjan as a strategic location for Our home buyers for living as well as for good appreciation and ROIs.,When we see the new projects , we insist our buyers for this amazing Nadine project just near the Discovery Metro station and with superb quality and perfect pre launch pricing offerd., we missed 1 beds due to very high demand, but 2 beds units are having perfect prices with superb vies of pools and villa and sunset views …Nice project ., cheers for London Gate and OBG for offering this wonderful project for our clients.. Tom and Tasia are just amazing and so supportive in working for our clients too👋. Cheers guys

I have been associated with Nidheesh and Sudeep for quite some time and with their help I have done some amazing investments and now Nadine turns out to be the next one. The have been extremely transparent in their deals and to the point. They got me introduced to Tom and Nathane, who have been very cooperative and patient in explaining the project and we landing up with suitable apartment for us own investment. Hoping for a good collaboration in future as well. Cheers !
