I’ve been living at national bond oasis for 10 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and access everything I need. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern appliances that work flawlessly. The layout is practical and comfortable, providing plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate the building’s amenities, including the gym and secure parking, which are always well-kept and add great value to the living experience. One of the standout aspects has been the management team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants’ needs. Any maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, which has made my stay stress-free. Additionally, the noise levels are minimal, and the neighbors are friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. The rent is reasonable for the quality and location of the apartment, offering great value for money. Overall, my time at this apartment has been very positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live.

I am one of the tenant of this building. It has large spacious studio, wooden floor.Has gym n pool ( pool is under construction)But there is no wardrobe inbuilt.But overall I like the flat . Maintenance is okFrom the roof we can have good view of city

Stayed here in 2015 for 2 years, the Studio was quite large, and really at that time it was considered a high end building, Balcony had a great View. the issues came when the building changed management, Gym got smaller, Pool was not maintained properly and issues with the management and thats why we left.
