Lived here for 4 years since they first opened the building.We had very good experience, the apartments are nice and bright, everything functioning well. Whenever we had problems, maintenance came and fixed it quickly.Security and cleaners are super friendly and helpful, always nice to come home and see them.The main reason of moving out though is the construction next door. They started building a massive building, which makes the living annoying. Construction vehicles 24/7, sometimes impossible to do anything in the house due to the noise. So before moving in, make sure this doesn’t bother you.

Stayed here for my stay in Dubai and very happy with everything. Was worried about the construction noises from the outside but the glass panels are very good to block the potential noises. Everything is well equipped and especially in the small gym on level 16. It has everything you needed for the workout. Ive not tried the pool in this building as yet but looks great to me. Ive seen people doing PT boxing session here as well. Great location!

I would like to share a good comments on this building. Im living here for second year and very happy with management, silence, staff attitude, gym and pool.There is nothing wrong with bringing music to pool, people are relaxing.What else to do on weekend at the pool?to sleep?Gym is amazing, small but well equipped. And I dont see anything wrong that guys ate staying there under ac and charging phones,why nobody thinks they they must stay outdoor for full day under the sun.Yes,kitchen is small but cozy. And u can use all burners if you use a bit of Google and imagination.People are just so selfish and like to complain on anything what is just a bit different from what they used to have.Im totally satisfied with my staying in Nimir.

Im surprised by the bad reviews. I have lived in Nimir for one year and renewing for another. Its a great space and very well managed, I never faced any problems. Building is always clean and well maintained, pool space is amazing. Its the best in tecom in my opinion.
