This apartment is undoubtedly the best I’ve lived in! The facilities are outstanding, with a fantastic kids’ play area and nearby parks, making it ideal for families. This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The maintenance services are excellent—always prompt and efficient. After residing in Noor Apartment for a year, Im grateful to the management for teaching me a valuable lesson: ALWAYS READ BEFORE YOU SIGN. I signed a separate tenancy contract spanning 18 pages without thoroughly reviewing it and faced lots of consequences.to all you future renters out there, a friendly reminder: before you sign, get a draft copy of that agreement, head back home, read it carefully, and only then put pen to paper. Trust me, its worth it!Also, do not believe the most the google reviews here. specially whoever has only total 1 or 2 reviews.

Im very happy the way management from owner to watchman of the building are helpful,infact because for the way watchman has shown the apartment we got interested in the flat at first visit itself. Being Architect, I can say finishing,space configuration and quality of Apartment is appreciable.

Had an amazing nd at par excellence experience,, i dont knw y ppl like saif post negative comments ,he is making false allegations fr d past 3 yrs but still continues to stay which n e 1 would fail to understand, if n e 1 had issues y would a person stay fr a period of 3 yrs thus he reviews nd comments r extremely false nd made vit malifide intentions nd only vit a view to damage d reputation of d said bldg, i request d landlords to put a defamation suit against saif fr 1million dhirams , delibretly trying to defame their property, i vil be a witness fr d landlord that v hav had no issues whtsoever of n e nature nd had an extremely beyond awesome experience.
