    Super hospitality. Attention to details and they really make you feel like home. 🤗 Great location as it’s closer to exit that takes you to Dubai Marina in less then 15 min. Wide selection of coffee shops , nice spa, two pools, great gym.

    Wonderful Stay at Novotel JVT – Excellent Service from AhmedI recently stayed at Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the amazing service—especially from Ahmed.Ahmed was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He was always attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly.We also had the chance to experience the iftar at the hotel, which was beautifully arranged with a good variety of dishes and a lovely atmosphere. It really added to the overall experience.Overall, I highly recommend Novotel JVT—and a big thank you to Ahmed for his outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

    A hidden gem!This is a wonderful family-friendly hotel with an exceptional team. He’s always smiling, greeting all the residents with such positive energy. Everyone here loves him! During my stay, he went above and beyond to help me with an extra room booking for my family, offered great rates, and made everything smooth and welcoming.     This is our first time to stay in Novotel JVT and it was amazing especially the room and services. The view was spectacular. Kudos to Lance who assisted us all through out from check in till check out and Alexis at the reception area to guide us. Its highly recommended and I will be back here for sure.

    I arrived at the hotel before 8am and was ready to wait until check in but the reception staff offered me complimentary early check in without even asking. First impression was great! 3 hotels share the reception which is huge and well done. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. The balcony is functional which is amazing as some hotels lock off the balcony. My favourite place in the room was the lobby overlooking E 311 and the Dubai production city. The views are incredible while sipping the tasty in room coffee. Coming to the other facilities there is a water park near the swimming pool for kids which is very busy. Luckily they have an adult pool on the Movenpick side of the hotel which is nice and it was empty. The Novo lounge in the lobby serves some nice coffee and croissants. There is ample parking spaces. The service is very good and fast. The hotel offers shuttle to DMCC metro City Centre Maa esem JBR and Mall of the Emirates at specific times. There is a masjid at 9 min walk. The hotels also have a nice prayer area in the Parking P1.Closest metro is DMCC which takes 10 mins to reach by cab and costs around AED 22-25.There are a few reasons why my rating is 9 out of 10 is that the location is such that you need a car to move around. Public transport is not there. Or depend on the taxis. There is nothing close by like restaurants coffee shops etc. There is a Viva supermarket right next to the hotel but they need to stock up better. There’s a life pharmacy. Apart from it nothing in walking distance as the hotels are located in a residential district. Though City Centre Maeesem is across the road one cannot walk it as there is the E311 in between. The other thing is the elevators take a long time during busy times. So if you are in hurry to go down or up it is not going to happen. Overall if you are prepared with a self drive car or are fine with Taxis then this hotel is a great place to stay as the facilities are very good.

    I had an amazing experience with the food department at Novotel JVT. The staff was not only professional but also exceptionally warm and attentive. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, Mr Safdar Ali greeted me with a friendly smile and ensured that my dining experience was memorable.The attention to detail was remarkable—whether it was accommodating dietary preferences, recommending dishes, or providing prompt service. The food itself was absolutely delicious, with each dish presented beautifully and bursting with flavor.Special thanks to the entire team for going above and beyond to create such a wonderful experience.     We stayed for one night, booked Novotel hotel, when we arrived at the hotel and went through the central entrance, we couldnt find the reception for about 10 minutes, we asked the security and he informed us that we had to go to the Mövenpick hotel, as the reception is shared between two hotels, the building is designed in such a way that there is a corridor connecting the hotels. After the check-in procedure, we received our room cards and were happy to see our room: clean, cozy, with a balcony overlooking a stunning view, the TV had about 80 channels to choose from, the only thing was that it was very cold in the room, the air conditioner was set to 18 degrees cold when we entered, we had to turn it off. It was strange that there was no dental kit in the bathroom, and there were no bathrobes, we called housekeeping and asked them to bring them, they brought them to us very quickly. In general, the room was clean, with enough towels, friendly staff, the ability to request a late check-out for free. The room partially overlooked a noisy road, but the windows were soundproof, so we couldnt hear any noise from the street. We were very satisfied with the room. The reception desk had a coffee table with Arabic coffee, we wanted to try it, but for some reason the kettle didnt work, we couldnt pour ourselves coffee, we were disappointed, but thank you so much to the cafe staff who were nearby, they saw that we couldnt pour ourselves coffee and helped us, Milan and Bindu were very friendly and attentive, Bindu helped us pour coffee. By the way, I think this kettle doesnt work, I think it should be replaced with a more convenient one for guests to use themselves... Overall, we recommend this hotel, reasonable price, excellent clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Thank you.

    The overall summary for this is… “well … It’ll do.”But I’ll walk you through the experience. The lobby is actually nice, but the check-in is shared between Movempick and Novotel, and took forever. When I went up to my room, there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, the same, you might experience in large residential towers in Dubai, that familiar smell of stuffy AC air. Upon entering the room, it’s surprisingly large, which is visually relaxing. The decor was simple and nice. The finishing was less than perfect, small dots of paint can be seen on the floorboard in the kitchen. There was a part of the rug that was just cleaned and was still wet, but I stepped into wearing my socks (hate that :)). Even though I had requested a non-smoking room, there was a faint stench of old smoke. The lighting of the room was actually nice, so was the Lighting surrounding the mirror in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine, furthermore, there were no packets of instant coffee, only tea, and when I called to get some, that took around 20 to 30 minutes, which is a bit annoying in the morning (take away my liberty but don’t take away my coffee, right?). These room service people were very kind and nice on the phone, and when I ran into them in the hallway. The staff in the front desk were clearly stretched thin, but they were also pleasant to talk to. I gave the location three because it took forever to get back onto the highway passing through residential areas with speed bumps. Overall, for the price, it’s good enough if you need an affordable place to crash on the weekend that’s relatively new and clean, while you hit the town!

    Checking in and checking out of the hotel was a breeze specially with the assistance of the front desk staff, special mention to Alexis who catered to me and made sure my stay was as comfortable as it can get. I stayed here from Feb29-March 11, there was a storm on March 9 and they even checked on me and made sure my needs where met as Dubai was flooded and couldn’t go out.Room was properly maintained and cleaned during my 11 days stay, and all staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.If I may suggest one thing, it would be they maintain the cleanliness of the windows, the view was great from my room but the windows weren’t cleaned.JVT is a bit far from the city proper but it was a nice and peaceful neighborhood.

    We really had a very pleasant stay. The room is too comfortable and has a very good ambiance. What makes our stay more memorable are the people who accommodate us.     The hotel is very beautiful itself the prices are amazing the bad thing that it is too crowded. This makes the experience a little less than expected. The water slides are very amusing for kids . The family swimming pool is a bit small specially when it becomes crowded. There is an adult pool which is so relaxing .

    Very friendly and serviceable staff. My room was on the backside with an amazing panorama view on Dubai. No traffic rumours on this side, but from time to time loud music from the terrace (but quiet after 11pm). Room was comfortable but lacks a cozy ambience. For Dubai standards, the location was great (next to highway), but without a car, the direct vicinity has little to offer

    I stayed here for a week and I really enjoyed it! I have nothing to say but good words. Special thanks to Mr. nipu and Aeila for keeping my room neat and clean. They always ask me everyday if I need anything like new towels, water, soap etc. All the staffs are friendly! They also have shuttle bus going to the Metro, Mall of Emirates, JBR, Th8 Palm and Global Village. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers like me.

    Nice and impressive hotel complex at the Jumeirah village, combining an attractive novotel and an exclusive Movenpick ressort. Large and quiet rooms with most common facilities(and a large balcony(!).Furthermore the hotel offers pool, spa massage, fitness and different restaurants.The staff is fast, available and efficient. The breakfast buffet is genereous with a variety of international food dishes. Wine, beer and whiskey drinkers...keep away as no alcoholic drinks are served in the whole compound.

    This is my 4th stay at Novotel JVT and I have been here for about a month, and today I have just extended a further 2 days and will be back next week to stay another fortnight. This is a great hotel, with great staff and facilities. Nothing is a problem and everyone goes out of the way. I stay in a lot of hotels and I highly recommend staying at this one - it is a dry hotel though, but that’s no issue - you always can enjoy a drink when you head out to restaurants. This hotel has an adult pool, has a great Gym and some great cafes on the ground floor - and they are really focused on delivering a cafe quality Australian/NZ style coffee. A shout out to Joe (Kyaw) and Bindu, Kashish, who all make great coffee. So check this hotel out - next week when I return it will be for my 5th time - have a great stay!!!

    Amazing stay!! Stayed in the apartment. balcony, bathtub. Housekeeping people also are very hardworking. Very impressed with Especially with ASHOK Housekeeping attendee who let me feel like home. Cleaning done well, beds made fresh and toilets scrubbed fresh. He also took extra care and surprised me by making a beautiful towel arrangement for my kids . There is a cool Sheesha cafe on the pool floor. A cafe on the ground floor too. Breakfast at the restaurant is enormous. 3 huge halls well spaced out to accomodate many people. Spread is gigantic with very good salads, healthy, veg, non-veg options, vegan and gluten-free options too!! very dedicated and catered to everyone efficiently. Second Separate gym and pool for women on the top floor. Main poolside is huge with 2 pools ,one for kids with slides and other for adults with great views. Will come back here every time for sure. Special mention to Mr. Samson who took care of my room booking everytime!

    We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are nice and modern. It is very good value and the staff are very friendly. It is about 15 mins drive from the Marina and JBR but there is a shuttle bus and taxis are reasonable. The pool areas (children and adults) are very nice.

    It was such a good experience staying in this hotel. We booked a Deluxe room but we are upgraded to a Suite. We would like to thank Ms. Alaa for a fast and smooth check in. We couldnt ask for a better check in experience. But the selling point of this hotel is its view from the room. It was the best view. Its unobstructed, you can see the Burj Al Arab and even the Burj Khalifa from our room. Thank you novotel for a great experience.

    Thyme restaurant……Most of the dishes were absolutely delicious, with wonderful flavors and textures that really impressed me. Although there was some of main courses that was only acceptable, it was still decent enough to enjoy. The best part, though, was that the prices were very reasonable for such high-quality food.

    The hotel itself is excellent, offering great facilities at a reasonable price. However, the customer service needs significant improvement. The staff, particularly at reception and in the call center, lack professionalism. They are unhelpful, rarely smile, and seem indifferent to long wait times, which creates a poor first impression.That said, there is one standout employee: a reception supervisor named Islam. He is polite, flexible, and provides exceptional service with a welcoming attitude. I highly recommend dealing with him directly, as the experience with other staff members can be disappointing .

    Amazing place! If you want to stay in Dubai and you want to go to the tourist attractions, I don’t really recommend it unless you rent a car! Otherwise, if you have a car, it’s one of the best and most worth it places to stay at! Their rooms are really really really big and they have balconies! They’re also super clean!     Very good for the price, the rooms are good but a bit small, their view is distinctive and there is a balcony. The childrens swimming pool was 15 cm deep and the children did not like that and we had to go down into the family pool 140 cm. We did not try the food but the service is good.     Nice rooms, cleaning was excellent Ramzi is great housekeeper.Service was not very good (No robes, No food delivery from the courier to the room, call at 11am, although check out is at 12, confusion in booking. There are no dishes and if you ask for them, you have to pay for them. etc.) But staff is friendlyHaving a car is a must, there is absolutely nothing nearby. Next day we move to another room as the room was fully booked. But the assistant was amazing and saluted to Madiha who assisted us for new room. All the request was granted as high floor. Agreable service as well, the security, concierge and all workers there have been nice and alsways of service. Shout out to Sohag for the great room service as well. The only down point I would say is the location of the hotel, which is a bit isolated and far from most main points of the city, the harbour, beach, malls.. which made us struggle a bit with transportation. but overall, it was a good experience.

    The hotel kinda far but once you were there your mood will be change.. very quiet and peaceful place and away from the noise in the city. During night time staying in balcony so amazing the view of the city. The rooms were impeccably clean, and I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Sohag from housekeeping, who was extremely attentive and made sure our rooms were well-maintained and our needs were met.The restaurant experience was also excellent. Mr. Faisal was especially kind, and his friendly interactions with my daughter added a personal touch to our meals. While there are limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us by serving special vegetarian dishes each morning.I would recommend Novotel JVT Dubai to anyone looking for a comfortable, guest-focused stay.

    Overall the Hotel is great, clean and with top notch amenities. Most of the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Alexis at reception lacks professionalism and can be rude to guest, worth avoiding if you can. Other reception staff seems well trained with good customer service. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

    Thyme breakfast is really good Faisal is really helpful and friendly , thanks for the fresh orange juiceAc in hotel not good.and electricity went off for few hours.     I first stayed in this place in February of 2023 but what brought me back to this place (May, 2023) was the humble and soft-spoken staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location wise its a great place as it is in the heart of the city. The food choices for all meals were abundant and all the dishes were freshly prepared and carried a rich taste which enhances the experience at this hotel. The staff at the restaurant floor is also worth mentioning including Faisal whose presence made the guests feel at home by attending to their needs. Overall wonderful experience. Will stay there in the future and recommend others to do so too.

    Online it is said to be pet friendly but when we arrived we were told they are not. At nearly 9:00pm, we were without an accommodation, no concern from the reception, and no solution. Alexis was especially apathetic and unhelpful.*I am editing this review from 1-star to 5-stars because ultimately Alexis continued the conversation and attempted to find solutions for us. The issue is with the booking site, Agoda, not Novotel.
