I have been living in Oakville for 3 years, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of, thanks to the exceptional management and security who truly go above and beyond for the residents.First and foremost, the building manager, Radwa, is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly professional, approachable, and always ready to help with any concerns or requests. No matter what the issue may be, whether it’s maintenance, inquiries, or general assistance, she ensures that everything is handled efficiently and with a smile. Her dedication to keeping the building well-maintained and ensuring residents are comfortable truly sets this place apart. It’s rare to find a building manager as attentive and proactive as she is, and I genuinely appreciate all the hard work she puts into making this building feel like home.Another standout person in the building is Kombo, our security guard. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever meet. Not only does he take his job seriously and ensure that the building remains safe, but he also goes out of his way to assist residents with anything they need. Whether it’s helping with bags, providing assistance with deliveries, or simply offering a warm greeting every day, he creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It’s always reassuring to know that someone as kind and dependable as Kombo is looking out for everyone in the building.The building itself is also a fantastic place to live. It is always kept clean and well-maintained, with prompt responses to any maintenance requests. Staying in Oakville Residence more than 2,5 years. Exited and happy to be here. Feels comfortable, safe, bright anndalwa clean. Location is that what we were looking for (Shopping mall, petrol station and couple of parks in few minutes away). Greatest building manager ever seen ( Ms. Radwa), always helpful and friendly. Amazing, quick and responsible maintenance team. Definitely recommend to consider as a place to stay and feel like you’re at home.

Im living in Oakville residence for the last 2 years .And l can say this is the best building what l live for the 15 years in Dubai .Very clean ,very quiet, good neighbors.Radva-manager she is the most kind person ,always will help you with everything. Maintains very professional ,you don’t need to wait long time if you have some issue to be fixed .Highly recommend this building ❤️

We have lived here since May 2023 - Ive had nothing but positive experience. The management are lovely and security are very friendly.Any issues weve had in the apartment with maintenance, they are sorted very promptly and to a very high standard. The apartment itself is lovely, neutral and modern.The apartments do not come up very often and there is a reason for this, the location is great and the overall management is wonderful. If you see a unit come up and youre looking to move, do not hesitate this building - its worth it!

I’m living in Oakville Residence since 2 years. I love this building, it feels like home. Is well maintained, very clean and the building staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance issues in the apartment are taken care of by the building staff promptly. A very Big Thank You to manager Radwa, who maintains communication with the tenants and managing the issues and concerns promptly. It’s a beautiful place to live.

Weve been living in Oakville Residence building in JVC since 2 years. The building is maintained well, kept clean and the building staff is very friendly and supportive. The manager Radwa is always around, and is a very proactive lady who maintains communication with the tenants and responds to queries and concerns promptly. Maintenance issues in the apartment are taken care of by the building staff promptly. We love that this is a pet friendly building.

We’ve been staying here since the building opened up for renting. This building is fantastic and management is great. Very rarely do you find a good sized 2bhk (more than 1700sqft). Maintenance is brilliant. The quality of materials used in the construction is good too. The manager, Ms. Radwa m, is a gem and extremely helpful and considerate. Building is also pet friendly.

I have loved this building from the first time I saw it across the street. I had known from then that it will be my home for many years. True enough, I have renewed my contract for the second time, and living in Oakville Residence just keeps getting better each year.Maintenance, cleanliness, and peacefulness are top priorities for the building management team. Best building I have lived in JVC with an excellent management that is always there to help. Exceptional manager Ms Radwa that is always there to solve any issue we’ve been having, Always happy, smiling and kind for a chat. Ofc there are minor issues that almost every building has but it’s not that bad overall. Totally recommend for any family living.

The coolest building in JVC. Never interrupted working out or swimming. Their managment service is the best, as they fix any appliances immediately including lights. They also do regular checks with tenants to see if they have any issues or require assistance. They offered me complete renovation just two years after renting, although I was the first tenant to rent it(brand new). I had the peace of mind living here for three year, away from high skyscrapers and long waiting time for elevators. Best living experience ever!

Enjoyed every year that we’ve been able to call Oakville Residence our home :)So glad to have renewed my contract here!Thank You Ratwa for assisting this process at every step, and especially for allowing us easier/flexible payment options.I’ve noticed a few negative comments/reviews, but to be honest…- The Management here has always been helpful and understanding.- And to the Maintanence team are a great group of guys (friendly, professional, and even helps us carry our groceries)All said, I’ve lived here for over 2 years now, and I have no complaints.

I visist today at 2-30 with my driver and we have meet there with gentlemen , I was go to direct on recepand my driver go in side bcz hi was walking for parking . And hi got bit far, and hi go direct in side cool place , main problem is there reception man and women in black sport wear doing to much bad word and miss vehanve also I said sorry but when I was returning and asking fir was room man who in the reception what hi do and reply me I cant say just check your camera @3, to 3-30 pm sir This is showing teven this buldi g no have seating area for waiting thank you

Great building!Although Im not sold on JVC, the comfortable accommodations make it always a pleasure to come back here.We have a studio on the second floor - very spacious with high ceilings. Excellent fresh renovation.Any household requests such as replacing light bulbs, refrigerators, etc. are carried out free of charge.Very nice landlord, attentive and responsive.The gym is small, but generally covers basic needs. The pool is also small, but cozy.
