The building is quite peaceful nice location, exit to MBZ street and easy to other exits like Al Khalil Road and Al Assayl Street. Free car parking around the building, the security and cleaning staff are friendly also maintenance team trying to suits tenants requests at their suites times.Lease range is bit high comparing with other buildings in same area because the building management provides better service.Living in the Building 2 years till now and recommend to have a look if you looking for quite and good flat. -

I lived here for more than a year, the building is very clean and calm. Management are quite friendly and stuff also. My only concern might be the price of the apartments compared with the other in the same area, little bit higher. -
