I’ve recently stayed at a property managed by KeyOne Holiday Homes in this building, and I must say the building quality has truly improved! The apartments have been renovated beautifully. The renovations have really elevated the atmosphere of the building.I’ll definitely be staying here again during my next visit!

Had a wonderful stay at the building. It is accessible by metro and there is a lot of establishments nearby. I had booked a stay for a month and loved it. Highly recommended for short term stays.

We usually rent a 2 bedrooms apartment in Oasis Residence every 2nd month when on business trip in Dubai. Our office is located in Tecom, so the location of the building is ideal for us. There are many holiday homes in this building, several of them on the same floor. We prefer to stay in the same apartment on the 13th floor. The interior design is amazing and the apartment is also very bright and cozy. The security guard Antony is very kind, friendly and supportive.

I recommend renting apartments from Key One Homes from this building, their staff is superb in customer service, they work with smile and from their heart, they will always prioritize you regardless of the issue. Key One Homes is a star!

The building has improved a lot after the recent renovations, and the apartment has been refurbished with high quality.I stayed in one of the refurbished apartments managed by Key One Holiday Homes, and it was a great experience. Everything was neat and smooth, and I would like to thank Key One Holiday Homes for their excellent support.

Great stay near the metro!We stayed at Oasis Residence and the experience was excellent! The apartments are spacious, clean and fully equipped, and the location is ideal, close to the metro, making it easy to move around. The service is great and the atmosphere is comfortable. I highly recommend it!
