Nice building with a convenient location. We lived there for 2 years. It was amazing to have the supermarket on the ground floor. And the bus stop close to the entrance. The view on the water is a plus as well as the running track. -

A great place to live in Dubai. Building is well maintained and clean and is always quiet. Apartments are very spacious with amazing layout. Spacious kitchen and wardrobes. The biggest and the only drawback is the sound of fire alarm which is very scary and dreadful. -
