    Just wanted to share my happiness towards the Filipina Manager who were so accomodating, and she was about to take on her Off Duty and that she still manage the hustle of showing us the flat, aminities and telling us all that the buidling is a pet friendly one- an advantage for us to get 1 bedroom soon.i can highly recommend this tower as the staff are so kind, polite and generous. like they do not mind the time, as long as they can cater the needs of the customers.thank you and keep continue, you guys are definitly what dubai needs..

    I have had the pleasure of living in a building managed by Mahmoud for this year, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best managers I have ever encountered. Mahmoud is always available and willing to help with any issues that arise, and he does so with a kind and patient.One thing that really stands out about Mahmoud is his dedication, Mahmoud also good in communication and professionalism. He is always approachable and friendly, and he takes the time to listen to residents concerns and address them promptly. His ability to effectively represent the management company reflects positively on the entire building, and I am grateful to have such a reliable and trustworthy manager.Overall, Mahmouds commitment to excellence and his genuine care for the well-being of the residents.

    Building is relatively clean and paid attention to regular maintenance. Have been staying same building for 13years , security and maintenance team well mannered to handle situations. Recently joined manager Mr.Mahmood has shown keen interest to improve further the quality and maintenance services which is really appreciated.

    The new manager Mr Faud has been great since he resumed duty, facilities like gym, swimming Pool are all in good condition and all pending issues were handed and resolved.All access control are registered by biometric system and access card were also given to all residents,he has been working and making sure that residents are living in well safe and peaceful environment

    The building location is great, close to essential facilities.Family and pet-friendly building. Staff are trained to be courteous and helpful.Can do better in keeping the common areas clean and pest control maintenance should take place quarterly.

    As far as the building staff is concerned starting from the manager to the maintenance staff to the security to the cleaning all are very cooperative. I never had any issues regarding maintenance and support. Except for a few issues tha every residential complex faces, I think it is a very good place to stay

    Good location and Good staff Specailly Mr.HamdiThis comment was given in 2022 but i left the apartment in march 2024 with lots of saddness and money loss tor 1 month rent .Security dep in my 12 years no 1 deducted single dirham but this obs manager mahmoud he charged me 900 for bath room ceiling kitchen ceiling and cooking chimni cleaning which is useless charges.He said ones the apartment is wakend i will return your car security aed200 back but when i had been to colllect they are saying no its card charge who will charge for car parking card in dubai or uaeIf u speak anything he say lets go to police lets go to rera as if police is free for him to go every time to clear his topicIn my 1 year i have seen En number of times foe police who enter in this building i dont know what he was doing in building to call all time police wallahi my review is from heartbreak review i left with very very deepest sadness may allah not to give this situation to Ny one who stays in this building they need to keep such a manager who can respect tentants.

    I have been living here for last 7 year and can say undoubtedly that this is the best place for family. All the required amenities are available in walking distance. Management is very cooperative and very helpful. Specially wanted to thanks Mr. Mahmoud. for his usual support.

    Good location, family residences all around, easy access to metro...5to8mins walk. RTA buses are also easily available for daily commute. Lots of shops around within walking distance.building management and staff is very good.😊
