Overall it is a nice residential building with 1 bhks.The building also offers a Gas connection to every apartment( not included but you can get a connection) which is way cheaper in comparison to cylinders of gas. By default the building has an Etisalat connection but Du can also provide its services. The only negative is that the windows are never cleaned and because they dont open all the way you cant clean it yourself. If you have curtains, thats something you dont need to worry about. -
