Stayed in the apartment 433. Greatly furnished apartment well suited to move in and live. All the furniture was well placed, details were thought of. There were nice paintings on the walls, well placed TV, sofas. The beds had linen on. Kitchen came with plates, knives, forks. Even toothpaste and shower gel/shampoo was provided. The house is literally next to a GEM school in a quiet street. A Spinneys supermarket is less than 500 yards away so I went to get things for breakfast/dinner daily. The building is well looked after with a gym and a swimming pool.

I was an owner occupier until early 2024. OIA was a nice building.On motor city: it provides all the amenities one needs, easy access, very reasonably priced.

Motor city is a comfortable place to live with families. After the rain disaster in 19th April 2024, motor city healed much faster than other locations. OIA is one of the best apartment in the community.

I got surprised reading some of the negative posts.I live in OIA for the last 18 months - I should say I’ve had some technical issues in the beginning which is normal in a new project as some fine tuning is usually required or to be expected – However, the maintenance team was pretty responsive, available on the hour and has attended all my requests.There is no leak, no chipped or cracked wall, pools are perfectly operational since early 2020 -OIA stands out in the Uptown community and scores high on all points. Quality is by far the best; it is an exclusive cluster in the Motor City.NO Plan to leave

Like any new building that has some few hiccups, sometime water isnt pumping strong, gym not fully equipped.Rather than that everything is good, finishing is more than good, the security guys are very nice and professional, parking is spacious.

Amazing building with incredible surroundings like children parks, school, clinic, hospitals, restaurants, gyms, coffe shops, everything within 300-400 m.

Oia Residence is a six-storey residential building in Motor City, DubaiLand, Dubai.The development contains a total of 269 units.The building contains a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as 28 duplexes.The project was launched in 2016.The handover process was completed in September 2018.Construction began in May 2016.The project was developed by Union Properties.The substructure contains one basement level which is dedicated to parking.Amenities include 24-hour security, a cafe, a childrens swimming pool, a gymnasium, a jogging track, assigned underground parking, parks and open spaces, play areas, squash courts and swimming pools.From Oia Residence it takes roughly 22 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 19 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 23 minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 26 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 29 minutes drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.The building is named after a small town on the Greek island of Santorini which is famous for its blue and white domed houses. This colour theme inspired Oia Residences blue and white architectural design.81 of the two-bedroom apartments have a maid’s room as well.The three- and four-bedroom duplexes have private gardens and terraces providing direct access to the swimming pools.

Stylish design , Top finishing and very spacious units which is rear now days in the market, 2 swimming pools, gym is fully equipped, lovely area and everything is near by including schools, great place for family to live in.

Clean apartment with nice pool and gym. Very close to the road. If you have school age children there is a good school nearly.
