I have stayed here for 1 year. Its a great location for stay as the building situated very near to Burjuman Metro& Bus Stations. The area also good for shopping and dining as its near to Burjuman Tower, Day Today super markets and Al Karama restaurant street.When it comes to building,its an old building. But rooms are spacious. Majority tenants are families. But Male only bed spaces also there in ground floor. Tenants are from Pakistan and India.
