During my stay I didn’t have any issues. I rented studio flat for one year. They offered me a discount when the rent was paid in one payment. The studio was actually very spacious (46m2). The management of the building is proactive, friendly, and supportive.Common areas are cleaned daily, there were no issue with dirt, garbage, or smell.The building has great facilities. The gym is very well equipped and there is a pool on the roof. Everything is well maintained. It is chiller free.The building is good quality. It has solid walls thus you don’t hear your neighbors at all.They equipped my flat with kitchen appliances. The deposit was refunded without any issues.It is located in the front of Circle Mall.Probably one of the best building and management in the JVC.
