⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Spacious, Affordable, and Chiller-Free!Olympic Park 2 is an amazing place for families — especially big ones! The apartments are huge, which is a rare find in Dubai these days. One of the standout features is that it’s chiller-free, which really helps keep electricity bills low — a big bonus with energy costs rising across the city.The building is well-maintained, family-friendly, and located in a quiet area of Dubai Sports City with easy access to schools and parks. The only challenge is limited guest parking, but overall it’s a fantastic place to live or invest in. Highly recommended!

Its a amazing place to live. Very well maintained building. The management maintains proper cleanliness and hygiene. Very good security and cleaning staff. All the neighbours are amazing. 2 to 3min walk bus stop and supermarket. Very calm and peaceful location.
