Good place in general.In the Marina area, where all tourists are.This could be a good or bad thing, depending on what your purse of stay is.Has a very nice view (from the upper floors)However, rental prices are super expensive there, especially in the recent couple of years.Owners also keep increasing the rent, even for long-term tennants.This makes it overpriced compared to the quality of the building. -

My Home❤ been living here for the past 2 years and love it. Large and spaciousapartments. ONLY drawback of this location is traffic but its better than the other buildings that are further on this street. This building is surrounded by everything from supermarkets, restaurants, salons etc. Everything is walking distance. -

Clean building with good maintenance and security. From time to time there is a slight sewage smell in the lobby and apts. The area itself has been choked off due to construction so getting in and out can be a lengthy process during morning and evening rush hours. -
