    Beautiful place to live.Spacious apartments, calm area, nice view.Near to shopping centers, easy access, and super cool neighbors. Everyone is united, helping and communicating between each other.

    The maintenance management team has changed since we moved to our apartment few months back. We are now seeing new improvements being done in coordination with the owners’ request. Attached are photos for the kids play area before and after. The building is very clean as well. The apartments are large size. Schools, hospitals, hotels, and malls are very close by. We love living in Orchid. Highly recommended.

    I really liked this building it was very clean and big. The lobby was very quiet and relaxing and the security people were very kind and welcoming . but something I didnt like was that in some of the corridors on some floors smelt bad so I would totally recommend this building as a house.

    The building is clean, neat and family friendly with good amenities and a well responsive facilities management team. Apartments have spacious rooms and plenty of natural light..the area is very well serviced with close proximity to convenience stores, hospitals, schools, malls. Orchid Residence is highly recommended!

    I have been living in the building for over 6 months. Since Naik joined us, I have witnessed vast improvements in the building... i.e., I asked Naik to install a plug in the pool. Within weeks, my request was met. Naik shows utter responsibility & respect and carries out his duties with complete attention, care & loyalty. All in all, living in Orchid Residence is comfortable. The location is great. Dubai Hills Mall a couple of minutes away. Supermarket just under the building.The delivery food guys strictly use the service lift so residents of the building can have easy fast access to the elevator, plus we dont have to stop at various floors before reaching our residence.

    Perhaps the biggest layout available in one and two bedroom apartments within Dubai science park community , building community consist of families with kids which makes building environment suitable for all .

    Its a wonderful location with a beautiful view. Would recommend this to anybody who wants a peaceful locality, especially after coming home from a long day at work. My kids are kept entertained even when am away because of all the amenities that are available and the park right next to the building. Over all is a decent place to live. 👍🏻

    Orchid Residence located in Al Barsha South is a good quality residential building with all the fun amenities and a large pool. In the vicinity are several schools and world class hospitals. With Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden being at a walking distance and Dubai Hills Mall being just 8 minutes drive away makes it good value for money.

Other facilities like Gym, swimming pool and covered car parking are available. Indeed this is one of the best apartment in Dubai which is value for money .
