Excellent building, superb location with ever growing list of new local amenities - and only a two minute walk from gold souk metro and bus station.Construction quality is good by Dubai standards and apart from fairly regular midnight fire alarms it all works perfectly.Infinity pool on roof is a true gem and rooftop gym well equipped.Staff are all friendly and helpful.Loved living there and would definitely recommend. -
