High end property complex located next to sea. Nice and perfect view to the coast. Best facilities also offered to the resident. Attached with nice supermarket on ground which is highly convinience. But the finishing and the design seem off a bit. The residental lobby should be more spacious and well maintain by the management. The elevator also a bit dark. You should be showing more your complex design and grandeur by put some highlight on it not on dark or hidden. The management must steppen up with this particular matter in order this apartment complex to be well preserved and maintain. High priority!
