    Its on good location, near from Sunrise Supermarket and other groceries too. Metro station is only 8 ... 10 minutes far away by walking. Apartments, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Apartments . Car pick up comes just in front of entrance for any duty locations inside Dubai. All together its good for Middle-class paycheck workers/ employees. Available for families.
