One of the best shoreline buildings and best of value for money in Palm. The building offers shoreline beach access and gym for long term residents. Conveniently located near all amenities, free parking and park with running / cycling track behind the building. -

Great place. A true rental apartment. I stayed a week here and the prices are well worth every penny. The room was very large, clean, had everything we needed, no noise problems, and we had a good time. The parking was great, no problems with that at all. I would high recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubai. -

Typical Palm Jumeirah Shoreline building. Nothing special. It used to be upper-middle class living venue. I think it is changing now as rentals are dropping each year. -
