They opened 5 different beach clubs right next to Oceana and winter time it got super loud until 2-3 AM night time sometimes many times per week.And pacific is still quite far, it got more noisy for the closer buildings. I was facing Dubai marina. It’s better if you are facing Atlantis for this reason and these flats are quiet. Otherwise a good building and great facilities and beach. -

Amazing find! Wonderful location with private infinity pool and beach access for residents only. Very family friendly and not overly crowded. Loads of things for kids to do with Nakheel Mall in close proximity. Will defo come again in the future.
