Very Good building for facilities, but when it comes to noise, yes sometimes it gets noisy by the pool and the security dont really do anything about it, rather than this its way better than so many buildings in JVC -

Very clean residence, professional staff, you have everything nearby, supermarket, taxi… a reasonable distance from the center of Dubai and in a very quiet area, very affordable rental prices, I come here every year. -
