    Probably the best residential community in the neighborhood. It’s a calm, serene oasis in the otherwise touristy area of Dubai Marina.A small park, kids’ play area, bbq pits, amazing gym, and a to-die-for infinity pool overlooking the Marina Promenade are just some of the things that made us fall in love with this place.It’s 10 min walk to JBR beach, 15 min walk to the metro station or the marina mall. And you can step down to the promenade and enjoy a walk or jog by the marina, or chill out at one of the many cafes and restaurants.24x7 manned security and Emaar’s world class maintenance and amenities.Truly a 5 star residential community.

    Great place , just started living here and the only annoying thing i would say i have is just there is another apartment thats building towards me, but heck cant do anything about it and this is dubai and things get built quick, plus after a week i got used to the noise! and hey Emaar makes solid doors so no worries.love the location / gym / swimming pool / squash court, this is truly more than a home and really happy with my decision to live here!

    Beautiful building apartment. Lived in the building (Fairfield Twr) for 4 years. Great pool and gym. Makes life easy to get to a full gym quickly. 3 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 minute walk to beach movie theatre (depends on how fast you walk :)

    Brilliant property. One of the latest Emaar properties in Marina, so covers the gaps of other old ones. Located very strategically at the end to avoid the traffic. Exquisite interiors. Go for it
