I’ve never had a single issue - not with the building, nor with the apartment.EMAAR looks after its property, the security is always polite and respectful.Impossible to find similar area like Dubai hills, while Park Ridge allows for direct access to the jewel crown of the area - its Park! Gym is nice by the way)

Great building with its own private entrance to the park. Grocery stores are nearby, as well as coffee shops . A pharmacy is also very close.I had a very good landlord and a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on a low floor — and yet, it was still very quiet. Dubai Hills is truly one of the best locations in the city. Park Ridge is a well-maintained, high-quality building.

The community is super good - perfect for anyone. There are plenty of high restaurants nearby. Beautiful villas all around, golf courses and amazing school within walking distance. Park ridge tower c decently one of the best Builduings with its Own access to the park on the first floor
