Lived there for a year, had no issues. Few small things here and there but it always happens anywhere. Nowhere is perfect. I was happy there. Good connectivity through Al Khail road, all amenities are nearby.

So I randomly stumbled across this new block of apartments, as I wanted to rent I was helped by Muhammad and he got me a nice apartment. Then I was helped by sarah with some of the interior design work 👍. My friend wanted to buy a one bed and a studio here in this block and was helped by the lovely Chloe and Dean. Friendly service all round.

Despite being in a quieter area, major roads and business hubs are easily accessible by car.What stood out most was the seamless management and the quality of the living environment. The building is of excellent workmanship, with good layout and easy use of the swimming pool and gym. The apartments have a good layout of the spaces, the materials used are of excellent quality and of Italian production.
