Great amenities (multiple pools, outdoor and indoor gym equipment, small jogging track, sauna and steam room, kids playground), 24/7 security, helpful management (quick fixes and generally responses), friendly fun co-residents. Arjan is like JVC but low rises and no traffic.But of course I moved here for the nice private pool on the balcony - peak unique amenity. -

I stayed in this building and had an excellent experience. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and in a safe area. The atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for relaxing or working without interruptions. The building also has a very nice style and is clearly well-managed.I would definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation!
