Very nice apartments! Clean, modern, and comfortable. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. The design is beautiful and everything feels high quality.The location is amazing، just minutes away from Dubai Mall, and the view of Burj Khalifa is stunning!

Moved in 2 months ago on a 1 year lease for a 2BR (180k, 1 cheque).Heres what I wish I knew beforehand...a lot of the reviews are from agents that dont live at the building, so I hope this helps someone...Upfront, building looks great from the outset. Lobby, gym, pool are all great. I wouldnt consider it a Masterpiece as someone else did, but its for sure a mid-level quality building.Security is friendly and helpful but a lot of the rules dont make much sense.some of the downsides..The area is under construction which means theres nothing around still. you cant even buy a bottle of water and what wont change for some time (except for the small coffee shop that might open the next months). noise levels are ok still.very limited to no storage capacity. kitchen cabinets are super tiny compared to our previous 2BR. We have an over-dimensioned 6 burner stove in the kitchen but then not enough storage space to put a lot of the kitchen basics as some are fake cabinets.there a loads of short term rentals in the building and walls paper thin. We unfortunately have our master bedroom adjacent to the one next door. for 2 weeks we had to listen to our hyperactive neighbors expressing their love at 2am in the morning 🙈 our current neighbors are much better... You can complain to security but with all the short term rentals, this will be an issue ever so often.gym doesnt allow outside trainers without written approval from management. Mr. Abdullah, the building manager from Kaizen, helped us work through this and get our exceptional approval because of a medical iasue. Altogether, Mr. Abdullah is a really great building manager that will always try to find a common and reasonable middle ground within the constraints that he can operate in.Overall, we’re happy living here, but it’s not quite the hidden gem some reviews make it out to be. But lets see how the community evolves over time.Hope this helps someone looking!
