My original booking was cancelled without my knowledge with another apartment and I was fortunate enough to find this space.The room is spacious and clean with good amenities to use.It’s a very good location, in the heart of JVC with shops and restaurants that are of walking distance.It’s a well established area for ordering food and taxis as well as from multiple apps.There is a Chinese restaurant/cafe next door, but I did not try the food there so I can not comment.Overall I’m satisfied and happy with the room I was able to get.

ыпThis hotel was the perfect spot for our short trip. Everything was smooth and easy — check-in took two minutes, and we were given a map and Wi-Fi details right away. The room was larger than expected, with a super comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and extra blankets in the closet. The bathroom had a big mirror and nice lighting, which was great. We didn’t hear any noise from other guests, which helped us rest well. Breakfast was modest but fresh, and they even offered plant-based milk on request. The staff were polite, always smiling, and happy to assist. We felt well taken care of here, and we’d definitely come back. Great price, quiet area, and all the basics done right.

We are staying in Penrose Place 7 months already. It’s very nice and comfortable space.The Studio is big and clean with good service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are very attentive when we have requests.Our apartment has all amenities from kitchen dishes, pots, oven, microwave, washing machine and etc. Iron and ironing board were also included.The pool is very nice and clean, so we love to spend time there.Housekeeping department doing absolutely professional and amazing job. Our place is shining after them. Thank you.We are having an absolutely fantastic experience during our stay here.We highly recommend it.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the UAE, not only in Dubai. I booked a studio, but upon arrival, it wasnt available. They gave me a one-bedroom suite at no extra cost. As soon as I entered, someone asked if I needed anything and if everything was to my liking. Honestly, its a very beautiful hotel, extremely courteous staff, quiet, and offers a high level of privacy and comfort. Its my first time here, and Im confident it wont be the last.

I stayed for 5 days at PENROSE PLACE and is a nice quite and Theres have a beautiful view in hotel i ever experienced here in JVC.the room and kitchen is very clean and organized specially the stuffed. the washroom is cleaned and organized the stuffed. the staff is friendly， nice very approachable and attentive. also they always checked and ask the guest what they need. highly recommended！

Stayed there recently for 7 days..its quite new building .the amenities and kitchen set are very nice and completed they provide cleaning service everyday. The only problem I had just water pressure isnt that strong at shower area overall stay was very good, special thanks to Corny the reception who always helped us, recommended for traveller with decent budget and look for convenient place for long term

The serviced apartment is very new and very clean. It should be the best Chinese serviced apartment at present. It is suitable for business people who are on long-term business trips. It has all the furnishings and Chinese breakfast. My favorite is millet porridge. Downstairs is the Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant, which offers great Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine. Transportation is also very convenient.
