    Lets start with the entrance you have only oneLifts there are 7 of them so no waitingFlats are not very huge compare to other building but they are very well maintained with 24/7 security avavible at your callCarrefour is just next door with almost everything you like to buy tram station as well to go around the dubaiParking is main issue in this area but you can always find one if you lookBank is also located next to it so atm is 24/7

    Very nice building classic style (it is good, because walls are made of stone and the apartments are naturally cool) the location is perfect for all (shopping, beach, events, schools, etc). The reception area has been recently refurbished and renovated with elegant marble on tge walls. Elevators are ok. Everything is fine both for short or long term rentals.

    Marina Crown is a very nice building located at a wonderful location. The beach is nearby, the tram station is opposite and all the essential stores - super markets, pharmacies & restaurants are at a walking distance with a Carrefour right under the building making it really convenient for residents. The other big positive is that the traffic is not too bad on this side of Marina - making it really easy to enter or exit the locality. The management does a very good job of ensuring that the building is well-maintained, the security team is alert round-the-clock, and are very prompt to address any issues.

    One of the most durable buildings in Marina, which is made out of stone therefore, is always cool indoors and is fireproof. Also the layouts in the apartments are completely different to any other layout in Marina, very spacious and airy. I am very content with my purchase of 2 apartments in this building.

    One of the best locations. Next to tram. Carrefour is below the building. Beach access by 2 mins walk. Apartments are very spacious, one of the best in Marina. Panoramic layout adds to its beauty. Building management can be better though.

    One of the best Buildings in Dubai Marina, Just near Mina siahi tram which is connected to Dubai Train.There is a big carrefour in the same building which is open 24hrs, Also close to pharmacies,clubs,beaches, Dubai sky diving,Media city,knowledge village, walk. Easy access to palm by tram,Its only 48 floors with 7 fast lifts and 24hrs security, Also very good neighbours!

    Building is very centrally located with easy access to highway, Carrefour in the building, Tram just under the building, Barasti across the street, Marina 5 min walk and Dubai harbour just across the road . If you are lucky and you have a sea view apartment you will See the harbour, Dubai eye and Burj Al Arab. The building had some technical issues in AC which had been fully rectified as well as upgrading all the rest of the mechanical gear. The current owners association is doing a great job in doing all the upgrades and restoring the building.

    Marina Crown building has very good location, close to Marina Walk , ATM , Supermarkets chiller free, 7 fast elevators for only 48 floors, next to Tram (2 seconds walk) , near beaches , easy access to Sheikh Zayed road , Walking distance to Media City

    Concrete high rise with prime location in Marina. Easy access to JBR, Palm, Jumeirah, and SZR. 24 hr Grocery and pharmacy under the building, which is super convinient. Tram and taxis are always available. When the weather is cooler, nice walk to Marina walk and JBR. walking distance to many bars, Observatory, Barasti, Oeno, Asia de Cuba, Certo, etc...

    The best about MC tower is the location and all the facilities surrounding.Supermarkets , Farmacy, Laundry, Bank, Dubai tram and beachfront .The gym and swimming pool are very good

    There is a supermarket called Carifool, a pool and gym in the common area, a squash field, and a childrens athletic field (10:00-22:00)! There is a tram station nearby, and a place where you can do muscle training called Calisthenics Park is also nearby!Some rooms are large and some are extremely small, so I think you can choose from a variety of options depending on the entrance you use.I like it here!
