Living here has been super convenient. Having a grocery store right below the apartment makes life so much easier — I can grab what I need anytime. The swimming pool is also a big plus, especially in the summer. It’s clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The building itself is quiet and secure, and the management team is helpful. Overall, a great place to live. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Both gym and the pool area had been fully renovated and both are large and never too crowded. Building has big apartment sizes and keep being upgraded. Location is good, with f&b options around, laundry, salon, supermarkets. Great residence and pet friendly!

Location and facilities are amazing.building is next to Five hotel, has a supermarket, pharmacy, salon, laundry service, barbershop, mosque nearby and many other things. Pool is huge and gym is fully renovated. Lot of changes had been made since the management company changed. Also building is pet friendly with many parks around and apartments have generous size.

Stayed short term but really enjoyed the building. Move in and move out was easy, security is very helpful and the building is kept clean. Pool is huge and gym also!

The location is amazing, given JVCs access to the main road it is a reasonable drive to almost anywhere in Dubai. The building staff and security are very friendly and helpful. The gym is brand new and the new management are constantly improving the communal areas. Great choice in local shops and cafes plus the FIVE is across the road with restaurants, ATM, etc.

The building is also well maintained when it comes to cleanliness and other amenities. The perks are multiple grocery stores and pocket friendly restaurants at walking distances. 👍

Plaza Residences in JVC is a family friendly place and the maintenance team keeps the building pretty clean as well. The building has a swimming pool and gym too. There are parks at walking distance and Circle mall is nearby.
