Good layouts, common areas, maintanance - no questions. Biggest problem - poor construction quality when it comes to sound insulation - you can hear every cough of your neighbours, noise from the street and corridor.Sinks are painted with black paint, have never seen anything like that🤣🤣🤣🤣, has to be replaced. They managed to provide brand new white furniture all covered with dirty hands stains that can not be removed even with deep cleaning. I wish they havent provided any furniture at all because it looks strange. Their designer has no taste, very pathetic

I liked the house.New, clean. Pleasant smells.Although it is low-rise, the area is not very small when compared with similar neighboring houses.
