I almost had a heart attack at midnight from the fire alarm, with no fire of course, it was that loud that could wake the dead up....Good layouts, common areas, maintanance - no questions. Biggest problem - poor construction quality when it comes to sound insulation - you can hear every cough of your neighbours, noise from the street and corridor. Makes you feel that you live in the dormitory.Sinks are painted with black paint, have never seen anything like that🤣🤣🤣🤣, has to be replaced. They managed to provide brand new white furniture all covered with dirty hands stains that can not be removed even with deep cleaning. I wish they havent provided any furniture at all because it looks strange. Their designer has no taste, very pathetic
