Princess Tower is one of my favorite buildings in Dubai. May be, as I love heights so, this building allows me to take a birds eye view of the surroundings including sea view, & excellent sun set view. Tower is very well maintained. Quite beautiful too. Although, there are lot of tall buildings in this of Marina, but princess tower has its own elegance indeed.

We recently had an *amazing* family stay at Two Continents Dubai, and we couldn’t be happier! 🏙️✨ Located on the **54th floor**, the apartment offered breathtaking views and super spacious, well-equipped rooms—perfect for a family getaway. 🛋️🍴The kids had a blast with access to the pools on the 6th floor 🏊‍♂️🌞 and the fun playrooms 🎮🧸, while we parents enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. The cherry on top? Our host was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure everything was just perfect. 🙌💕A fantastic experience all around—highly recommended! 🌟👏

We have been living in this tower for 2 years. We have seen a severe flood in Dubai and lots of buildings even the new ones were badly affected. However, we didn’t have any problems in our flat. The staff here are very polite, friendly and always there to help you. I can say that u can’t find any gyms in Marina as equipped as the one we have in princess tower. The only problem I can say is that it sometimes gets very busy in the lobby. Staff also need to stop people living in other towers using the gym in Princess. Overall, I would like to thank all the staff and management in this building who do their best to make us safe and happy.

It was an amazing experience or an over night stay in this hotel. Room 8205 is the most wonderful and homey like room I ever stayed. Everything are provided by the owner. One of the best towers in marina in terms of price, location, security and gym, i love to run and its just 3 min to go run in marina, also there are more than 5 supermarkets in proximity, many restaurants around, beach is only 15 min walk to Zero gravity and 8 min to Barasti, then its like 5 min to walk to Dubai harbour, 20 min to JBR, so if you like walking and not using the car to go around this is for you! Tram is also very close, the apartment has amazing view, sea in the morning and lovely city lights at night, highly recommend this tower for living or short time stay!

We were staying at this massive tower, once the tallest tower in Dubai. 97th story is open to the residents and has a large office area, kitchen and amazing views of the palm, marina area. The location is perfect with a superstore and pharmacy located below. There is a beach club below at the W hotel. Its about 5 mins walking away.

I was there to see a 2BB apartment for myself. The view of the ocean is really beautiful, from the Balcony you can sunshine and sunset enjoyed with the ocean breeze, but the rooms are a bit smaller and not flooded with light enough, which I imagined. Centrally located in Dubai Marina and close to shopping centers, parking in the garage is included, Pool and Gym also, as well as 5 minutes walking to the Tram station Marina Tower

One of the tallest buildings in Dubai Marina. It is fully residential and the tennants are of many countries and ages. the services and the care of the staff is noteworthy, with 24/7 assistance. Apartments come in many shapes, but the style is uniform. One bedroom have similar layouts and are placed either on the sides (front is facing the sea) or on the back at top floors. Two and three bedrooms have the balconies facing the sea. Great views from the apartments and a super view from the awesome lobby, where free wifi and comfy furniture is available for residents and their guests. Clean and well maintained, it is a good place to rent an apartment for a long stay.

We were lucky enough to rent an apartment here on the 55th floor in the spring of 2019. This is something incredibly amazing. View of the Persian Gulf, wheel, sail and almost all of Dubai from all 4 sides from the observation floor. Nice pools. I want to go there again.....

I started this world tour with the dream of traveling the world. It is the most beautiful and cleanest Palm Island I have stayed in. It is a tower that is within walking distance to the JBL area, the Marina, the metro and the tram. It really has a magnificent view. I stayed on the 90th floor. I highly recommend it. I can truly say it is the best you can look for. This is my opinion and thought.

I like this tower. After living here for two years and looking at the buildings around me, I decided to stay. I like the lobby, two exits, cleanliness and fast elevators. Everything on the floors is not as new as in the lobby. The recreation areas are quite old, but not bad either. Great gym. The relaxation rooms with tennis and saunas are very old))) this building has an excellent location and the fact that it is historical and famous (every taxi driver knows)

We happened to stay there through airbnb, very economical for that reason, it offers a comfortable room with a unique view (84th floor). The girl at the reception saw us loaded with things. I told her that I didnt have Internet and to give me the wifi code so that I could tell her the reservation details. She told us that they dont have Wi-Fi and after 10 minutes of trying, she told us that there is free Internet in the corner outside the hotel, which was a bad impression from the start. It has a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi that requires a card to access.
