High quality finishing building , newest in Dubai Hills and just handed over to me, I am so happy. Beautiful open green views and convenient transportation to anywhere in Dubai. It is like living in a center. Green gorgeous park joined to the building will be ready in the next couple of months. Well done Prive. Amazing for singles ,couples and families.

Absolutely stunning finish and place to live. From the detailed decor and finish of the lobby/waiting area to the apartment themselves. The way the apartments are set up are great! It’s comfortable and cozy, with alot of natural light. Great BBQ area, swimming pool and if you have children, great and safe playing area!I’ve lived in many buildings in Dubai, and this is by far the best building I’ve ever been in.Dubai hills mall and king’s college hospital are incredibly close which makes it very convenient for anything.

The complex is located in the Dubai Hills area. Honestly, I would give it 5, but 4, because I think that it does not have a TOP location - sandwiched between highways. And the prices are the same as in Mulberry. They are located on an island that was not built by Emaar. My friends rented an apartment there through an agent who helped me rent from Mulberry. And according to my friend’s reviews, everything is very good there. She recommends. Across the road (roadway) is Dubai Hills Park.

We were there at the beginning of April, everything was great, the pool really opened late at 10 a.m. from 8 a.m. it would have been just fine, but it was just minor things, the alarm went off a couple of times, that is, but everything is fine, the reception staff is friendly, polite
