    The building has undergone a significant improvement and upgrade and boasts a stunning roof top pool with Jacuzzi and a brand new Gym.It is walking distance to the park and new Circle Shopping Mall.The service charges are extremely competitive and building is now extremely well maintained as evident by renewals in tenancy contracts.

    I spent a few days there on vacation and it was very pleasant. Close to all amenities and the building was well maintained and the security service always available. There is quite a bit of parking space in front of the residence.

    I love the location next to the mall, and the proximity to the highway. The rooftop pool is great and the gym is quite large.
