For me it has been three years in Qube residence.The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with a clean, welcoming environment.The apartments location is excellent with local amenities, including grocery stores, clinics and beautiful pond park.The staff are generally prompt in responding to maintenance requests and inquiries. For instance, a plumbing issue was addressed within 24 hours of reporting.However, Mr. Guna, one of the staff member is the most kind and dedicated person. I always see him working and responding quickly on any issues.He is available for all time. His work is really commendable 👍

Been here for few years, well-maintained. Security immediately notes any issue and reports. Particularly, Guna is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes where there is a major issue, it gets delayed to get prioritised, but smaller maintenance issues are sorted immediately. Late night fire alarms are a big pain, they should have a level 1 to alarm only security and then escalate to tenants.

All these years the housekeeping team special mention to Mr. Guna who does an excellent job of keeping the 2nd floor common areas clean and well maintained. The hallway, lobby and other shared spaces are consistently tidy and inviting which is a testament to the hardwork of the housekeeping team. We truly appreciate their efforts in helping to create a pleasant and hygienic living environment for all the residents.

This 12 Floor + PH apartment (Gym + Swimming pool) is part of SBK Real Estate Property Management Company who is very popular in providing high standard and well maintained apartments with quality services.You can find well cleaned and maintained interiors and lobbies. Every day, all the floors are mopped and cleaned.You will find a very good ambience (the lightings, wall photos and plants on the exterior floor walk ways) and positive vibes in and out of this apartment.The Security and staffs of QUBE Residence are very professional and courteous, they will support the tenants 24 x 7. Especially, the staff Mr.Guna provides an outstanding support and services to the comfort level of tenants. Thanks Mr.Guna for all your support.
