This is my second year and I would love to renew for more years in Rabdan. Very convenient access from Hessa street and well serviced building with a swimsuit pool and gym, kids play area, BBQ area, supermarket, beauty salon and more retails to come. The security guards are very friendly and helpful, the maintenance team are very professional and helpful as they respond quickly for any maintenance request. Very clean building as they clean on all the floors almost everyday even for the windows from outside every 3-6 months. The elevators are fast. Spacious apartments with a nice view. Everything is perfect in the building 👍🏼NB: You may find difficulties in getting an apartment because its almost fully occupied!

It’s one of the best buildings I’ve lived in mainly because of the experience that the building management provide for you!Chinchu and Rupan and above all Mr Ziad ( the building management team) were very supportive during my move and even supported me when one of the brokers misbehaved!The building is clean and the way they deal mostly in general is very professional!

I just rented an apartment in the building. The building is very comfortable, clean and the finishing is very good. Would like to thank Mr. Ahmed Fahd who helped me with the renting process. He is very professional and cooperative. He did so much effort and was always keen on finalizing the process in a very professional, great and fast way.

We very much enjoy being a community member here in Rabdan. Its new, bright, with pretty kitchen tiles. Our balcony faces some beautiful Dubai landmarks which is great to enjoy during the cooler months. The only issue with Motor City is the race track noise but it usually gets quiet around 10:00 p.m. The security and maintenance are lovely and we appreciate them so much!!

The Building has an easy access from Hessa street, visitors parking are available and the apartments are in good condition as well the management offers a comprehensive maintenance if required. A supermarket to opened soon in the building. The security and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Nice and very cheap building, close to every convenience store and having a great ladies salon in the ground floor. Staff is very kind and supportive, and the building is always clean and kept in a very good conditions.

Just got Apartment in the this Building. New Apartments and very well constructed. Move In process was very smooth and especially Mr. Ahmed Fahed was very cooperative and supportive throughout the process. Thanks to him. 👍
