    I looked at many apartments in and around this area. And it was only in this building that I liked the apartment.Large and spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Large and comfortable kitchen. Convenient location of the building.

    I’ve been living here for the last 8 months. A good experience overall.. haven’t had any issues of cockroaches etc that have been mentioned here in reviews. Building management is a bit slow to response but got refurbishing done in the apartment and it went fine with the approvals and all..

    I don’t know who all these people are who write bad reviews about this building, I haven’t seen a single cockroach here (apparently if you keep your apartment clean, you won’t be in danger), there’s no bad smell here either, a clean building, good reception, excellent location, and a beautiful view from the window. I can’t hear my neighbors at all, so that’s also a lie about thin walls.
