    Smart layouts and amazing space. Awesome amenities too! I’ve been living here since 2018 and I’ve seen it get better with time. Clearly a lot of attention is given to continuously update the amenities and shared space.

    I am genuinely surprised at how the building still looks brand new, hence the owners or management are spending on it. Every time I come back to Dubai, I find a new change in the building such as (new machines at the gym, huge garden on the 4th floor with a new BBQ area) and heard the pool area development is happening this year. Well done.In addition to the convenience of having a supermarket in the building, hairdressers, vet and dental clinic.

    This beautiful building offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. It has a sparkling pool where you can relax or take a swim, a well-equipped gym for your workouts, and a fun play area for kids. There’s also a barbecue area with grills and seating, perfect for spending time with family and friends.The neighbors are very friendly, making the community feel warm and welcoming. It’s a great place to live!

    The building is amazing with some great facilities such as pool, childrens play area, gym, bbq area and above all having a 24 hour open super market on the ground floor is a blessing, esp if you have kids and you run outta something while preparing their school Lunch at 5:30 am in the morning :)The view is absolutely gorgeous.The staff and everyone around is very helpful and respectfulWe love it here !!

    The building is very nice, with high credit for management for all well maintained maintenance schedules for all facility, the gym is small but nice, the pool area, children playground and BBQ areas are all ver nice, in a high floor the view is stunning.However the voice insulation is not very well

    Excellent building. Extremely well maintained and the best part is that there were no leakages during the recent storm. The management should just speed up the front lobby tile replacement and keep the ground floor public washrooms clean.

And the park on the 4th floor became gorgeous with the new landscaping company.Coming soon Feb 20251- New Gym Machines2- Pool area greeneries to be added and new Sunbeds and enhanced vibe.On the other hand:It is really surprising to see a one star reviews about Reef, I really doubt those people ever lived there n order to write such comments, hence, you cant hold on one comment that is bad and say 1 star, be reasonable.Have you checked the facility? did you enjoy a day at the pool or had a beautiful time with your family in the wide open area with a designated kids area + bbq area.Have you worked out in the gym and saw the variety of machines that studies to ensure you can work out all body muscles in a building gym?The building is outstanding and soon in a matter of days, ill write a proper detailed review with photos attached to show the reality of this building. As I do challenge that it is one of the best 5 building in JVC.Note: This review is in regard to the facility not the apartments.

    One of the best towers in JVC, amazing views if you live on high floors, elegant finish and spacious in-suite rooms with built-in wardrobe.. maintenance could be required in some units, but that depends on the owners commitment in maintaining their units in good condition.

    I have lived here since day 1 of the buildings opening in 2017, the building only keeps getting better. The lobby is full, the supermarket is 24/7, there is a salon, massage, laundry service and gym all downstairs from the apartment building.There is no other building with all of these amenities within its own structure, come check for yourself!

    The best tower in JVC, excellent location, gym, swimming pool and parking floors. The variety of units from studios to large 2-bedrooms is outstanding, and the elevators and building facilities are amazing.

    Its kind off weird, all the bad comments mostly highlight whats is bad about the apartments, but what people must understand, the apartment quality depends on the Owner not the building, its not fare to get bad reviews and rating just because of the apartments that are bad.So for example, my 2bd reef apartment is literally stunning. Clean, beautiful finishes and the owners are always there to help.So before you make up your mind, check different options or apartments, there are many beautiful ones.Moreover, in regards to the facility, it is amazing! A massive park area where you cam bbq and a big nice swimming pool and a gym that has it all. (Some parts to be fixed i guess) which is to be done this month when I asked.Lovely people around.I had to write this comment because of the unfair or naive comments leading to an unfair ratings. Most of the 1 star comments are not related to the review of the building itself. Which this page is only about the building as a facility.Hope you find this helpful.

    Lived here for 2 years + The building was very clean, security were excellent and very good to deal with and facilities were upgraded a few times while we were there which was great. Only downside is that the windows are NOT waterproof and when it rains heavily the apartments flood. Otherwise its great.

    Beautiful building, clean all the time! Cozy Apt full panoramic view that is breath taking. Beautiful Pool and Gym, the management have add as promised 3 extra machines and the experience overall is superb.

    Love living here! I really like the modern design of the building itself, lobby, and apartments. The view is stunning! Close to everything, 10-15 min ride to Marina, 20 mins to downtown.Its always clean and quiet here, the common areas are nice, gym, swimming pool, bbq area, kids playground. There is a park just across that connects to other parks, so you can enjoy a long walk around jvc. 24/7 supermarket just downstairs, salons, restaurants, spinneys are in and walking distance around the building. A circle mall is a couple of mins away. Couldnt be happier, great place to live in.

    Excellent building.... bright spacious apartments and beautiful common areas. Pool is amazing with a life guard on duty . Gym is fully functional with good equipment. Lobby recently refurbished with a receptionist, and 24 hr security. 5 barbecue areas and kids play area.Huge supermarket at the ground floor,Spinneys 5 min walk away.Good connectivity to Al khail road and MBZ and SZR.

    Great building, one of the largest outdoor swimming pool I saw and biggest 2 bedroom apartment, fantastic view on JVC or Golf Course and spacious fully equipped GYM. Spacious and furnished lobby with direct access to Hypermarket.
