The tower located in very very good location and have access to all services.The developer Tiger is wonderful. They are honest, credible and time committed.I got my apartment on time👌Also the property manger Bunat Mustaqbal are very respected. They are dealing with issues such as maintenance gently and professionallyMiss. Lamais is always on top to serve you and make issues very easy to you.Finally, I like the community in this tower. They are cooperative.🙏

Regina Tower has been a great Choice for Stay! I want to especially thank the management team & Ms. Lamis for her outstanding cooperative behavior she’s truly helpful and listened all my concerns and provide better service. Any issue I’ve had was resolved quickly and professionally.the whole team and her dedication really keeps the building running smoothly. Huge thanks to Ms.Lamis and other staff.

Nice building with amazing amenities. I think there are some maintenance issues but not too much.Amenities include Prayer Room, Gym, Pool, Garden Area, Steam, Sauna.

Wonderful design , honest dealing with costumers with good commitment in finalizing projects . I have visited the tower which is currently under construction and its looking amazing .the location and the view added a real value to the tower .Update:(12 ,august ,2022)Construction completed and the tower looking great and views to the heart of JVC and Jumeirah 5 hotel is super awesome ..I hope from tiger company to accelerate the completion of all services attached to the tower .Update(24.9 .2022 )Services completed and the tower is now amazing specially the awesome swimming pool and the Gym
