I have been living in Residence 1072 since 2021, and I must say that compared to other buildings in the area, it stands out as a highly decent, clean, and well-designed structure with excellent infrastructure. The maintenance was top-notch in 2021 and 2022 until mid-year. However, towards the end of 2022, all the offices were given to hotels, and they shared the back door connecting to the residence lift. This resulted in some mess, with muddy floors and food smells in the corridor due to the restaurant activities. Nevertheless, the management took a great initiative and installed automated room sprays to maintain a pleasant fragrance throughout the building, which I really appreciate.As for the security services, there were some issues at the beginning of 2021 with Al Ghurairs own security team being arrogant and not responsive to complaints. Fortunately, the current security services are excellent, and they take care of everything diligently. Ive observed that they avoid unnecessary fire alarms, ensure the cleanliness of the environment, and politely address any concerns from the tenants side.When it comes to the Tenant Relationship Executive, the previous staff were quite arrogant and unresponsive to queries. However, the service has drastically improved, and Ive had a wonderful experience with Ms. Nancy Samuel, who is doing an exceptional job. Her responsiveness and attentiveness to tenants needs are truly commendable.Overall, despite some challenges with the integration of hotels and the initial security and staff issues, Residence 1072 has managed to maintain a high standard of living. I appreciate the efforts of the management in making this a comfortable and enjoyable place to reside. I highly recommend Residence 1072 to anyone looking for a great living experience in the area.Kudos to the management and Ms. Nancy Samuel for their outstanding work!

Perfect place for residence, very clean and modern design. Quick maintenace service. Location wise perfect, nearby bus station and not far from nearest metro station just 10 min walk. Spermarket available in the same building and many restaurants near by.

The rental rates for the apartments are reasonable, maintenance is conducted promptly, and stringent security protocols are rigorously upheld.
