Our family spent a year living in this building and had to move out due to the relocation to Abu Dhabi.We actually miss the building a lot. The maintenance team took a really good care - whenever there were any issues they took care of those quickly - and didn’t charge for thoseAdvice: take pictures of the entire apartment and make sure any issues are resolved before you move in. Then work with maintenance and fix everything while you still reside there - don’t wait until move out. If you do - then you might have issues if things were not resolved.But if you do things right - it’s going to be a positive experience. I received the deposit back easily (except the costs for wall painting).Man, I miss this place

One of the new serviced residential complexes from Al-Ghurair Group. Very nice apartments. The complex features round the clock security and a swimming pool as well for the residents.

I’ve been residing in the building the last one year. The building is a well planned, well finished construction. It’s got a gym and a swimming pool. The gym is fully functional, the pool keeps going defunct - although work is happening constantly, it’s not being ignored. The corridors and the garbage chute are kept neat and clean. The security is well aware of who is entering and exiting the building. The houses are well lit and ventilated. The four star is because they maintenance team keeps changing and it’s a process to get anything fixed, as the residents have to mail the management to do so. Also, the pool can be fixed sooner as the summer is here!

Been living here for 2 years, i love my home. and i love the location. Building facilities and management are good too.
