It suppose to be a rigel experience as it what been advertised when sold.However alot of features are not avalible - no bbq area, no badminton Court, no pool deck and tyles get so hot ! Gym is a separate story with cheapest and minimal equipment as possible .On the otherside appartment finishes are at higher end and building overall is good quality, apart of waterproofing issues here and there, and spontaneous water leaks in common areas, when water is shut for half of the day.Sound proving is also good , our appartment faces La Rivera and I cannot hear constraction noise on other side.Fire alarm issue was finally fixed , unless some irresponsible person cooks and fills out corridors with smoke.Stratum who currently managing it response to complains so far in timely manner however it is still far from being luxury living .

It is not fair that people complain about cleaning , construction or cars hooting outside, how does it relate to the building?Overall I like living in here, a lot of good neighbors, lots of families from different countries, very family and pet friendly building. You will not see any bachelor or shared crowded apartments.Viva shop downstairs is a plus. Apartments sanitary wear, kitchen supplies, building cupboards are all good quality. If you complain to the proper channel you will be heard. Stop moaning in social media and think someone will hear you.On other end the apartments facing Bingatti Construction constantly overflows with noise, dust. However again complain to a proper channel and something will be done. By the way soundproofing is good, by closing doors windows you wont hear much.

Great place to live and one of the best buildings in Jvc.Building is always clean and the securities,maintenance and staff are so helpful and friendly.Everything is perfect.

One of the best buildings. Had se challenges in the first 6 months of handover which I believr is normal until maintenance company identifies and create an action plan Construction quality and sizes are really good. Security is friendly and is always willing to help.

I have 3 houses in different buildings of jvc, but this most comfortable one. Below are pros and consPros:1. 2 full bathrooms, makes it quite easier for me and my husband to get ready and get to work. This is a big plus2. The pool is temperature controlled which is not the case for many hotels in dubai, let alone buildings of jvc3. There is a timings for children to play which makes the facility peaceful after 8pm4.The security guard and the coach arehospitable and pleasant5. The tiles and the overall finishing is decent6. Lootah is very fast and if there’s any gas related issues they come to assist almost immediately7. Quite area with a lot of grocery stores, restaurants and salonsCons:1. Bedrooms are a bit compact2. Leakage issue3.very sad gym, no mirrors, not enough equipments

The building is very nice and clean and smells goodIdk why people are putting bad reviews here. Although they are tenants and have some issues with there landlord’sBut as a owner for the apartment its very nice to stay here

One of the good buildings in JVC we got the handover in time thanks to the team of myra and Mr Mustafa for their support. We are happy with the quality and support staff of engineers are always there to fix things on time

Rigel is one of the good buildings in Jvc we got the handover for our unit on time and support staff of engineers are very cooperative to fix any issues on time. Very much satisfied with the quality.
