Ritaj is one of best in the town. Well managed and equipped with all necessary living facilities. Family apartments are also available with the individual components as well. The blocks are clean and there is a big jamia masjid in there with green belt and well maintained children park. Security is good and the calmness is the best thing here. Not a busy street most of time and parking facilities are well enough for the residents.

Nice huge apartments, nearest market is almaya, swimming pool and gym facilities available in community. .. you need to have your own car or else RTA bus route is quite long , best for family living

I came to Ritaj four and half years back. It’s just a quiet and beautiful place to live. Bit greenery all over with pleasant living atmosphere. Lacking of a decent restaurant and gaming activities. Inmates with there own vehicles find this place more convenient than people who depend on public transportation. Definitely a great place to live calmly 👍👍👍

I have been living here for 1 year now. like this place. Very quiet and peaceful. They have gym , pool in each block and children park.overall experience is good only issue is the fire alarm that can turn on anytime of the day. But it has reduced these days as compared to before.I live in block G and have never experienced any issues with maintenance or cleanliness. The 2 bhk flat is bigger compared to most of the apartments available in dubai for the rent we pay.

RITAJ is one of the best communities in Dubai. I live here for past 3 years & its really very nice as it is free from noise. All the facilities are available in RITAJ like Gymnasium, swimming pool, play ground for children and seperate parking for each flats. Enjoying living here.

Deserves 5/ but remember 2 things for new comers:1- if you dont have a car this is not suitable place for you2- need to negotiate the contractApart, I like it especially its close to our school Nibras
