Even though my stay was relatively short, I really enjoyed it. The building management, especially the maintenance team, was always responsive and easy to work with. The facilities are fantastic, and the apartment layout was quite pleasant and enjoyable. This is definitely one of the best buildings I have ever lived in. -

The agent and the company dealt with my onboarding very professionally and on time. My agent Mohammed Nazeer Kothari was amazing with handling the cross-over and very honest about the viewing and negotiating the contract. -

Love the place, JVC is kind of ideal for families, you got the circle mall for any groceries, sports, dinning. Though you can order anything online. The neighborhood has a lot of parks and people around are quite friendly. Tried the public transport just today, it might take a while to get to the metro but at 10 uad that’s truly cheap compared to grabbing a cab. Beware of peak hours as there’s usually heavy traffic coming inside the area. Other than that it’s better just to rent or buy a car. -

I lived here for a year. I moved out because of commute, but it was really great from the move in to move out.Best part of this building is management team. (building is nice and location is great needless to say)They handle the issue fast in professional way.Furthermore, best move out experience ever in Dubai.Especially thanks to Mr. Marvin of management team. -

What is good:1. Staff - team lead Marvin is always ready to help and fast responding, security, especially Mohammad, are very polite and ready to help. Cleaning of common areas is perfect2. Location - parks just in front of the building, many stores around3. Infrastructure - nice pool area, barbeque zone, large gymWhat is bad:Quality of building - many wrong construction decisions, especially for bathrooms, poor quality of all finishing, cheap materials -

Great building to live in, great area for kids with many parks close by. Management are fantastic, Tenancy Contract is very fair for tenants compared to other buildings. I would usually have the repairs/repainting done myself when vacating a property but RMT did if for a better price than you will find anywhere yourself, so i recommend allowing the building to complete this when you vacate.Gas company: Lootah Gas, great service - security deposit sent back instantly when vacatingA/C Chiller company Ista - great company clearance received promptly on the day of disconnection. security deposit received back from RMT -
