Security guy sent me to the wrong floor but he soon corrected and we were in business. I couldn’t tell where parking was only to find there is plenty in the back!! Google maps takes you to the front and you need to turn in just to the side of the building. Quality of the interior was impeccable. I was visiting a business contact for some architectural needs. Phew! Dubai is busy.

Lift is major issues these days for offices. I hope owner and property management do something to handle this.Overcrowded from 8 to 9. 1 to 2 and 5 to 6.Based on owner responses and team handling, I am turning this to 5 star !

Located on busiest shaikh Zayed road next to DIFC metro station.It has FAB on the ground floor main entrance .For other offices and building entrance you have to go to the back of the building . You need to show your id proof at the reception to get access to the building .Main revolving door is very small and congested .However building is neat and clean and 6 lifts are operating .Few real estate and law firms are located in the building.

Beautiful building, if you are looking to rent a place the 2 bedroom apartment this might be the best option because :1. Its located in sheikh zayed road so you have easy accessibility to every where in uae.2 compared to other buildings in the area, its ridiculously cleaner, well managed and beautiful.3.there is a carfour, choithrams and many other markets just behind the building.4.amazing view of burj khalifa and sheikh zayed road.5.comes with washer /dryer, fridge, stove and....

Very very close to Financial centre Metro. You have to walk to the back side to enter. The front side is FAB bank. You may need to show your ID card to visit the offices. There are both office and residence, both in the same building.

Rolext Tower has world-class standards in building service and maintenance. Everything is coordinated from a central source therefore quality is consistent, and relocation / onboarding is seamless It might be the cleanest building in Dubai, no exaggeration.I moved here from Limestone House, which I think was the best building in DIFC in the past. As that building is aging now with lots of maintenance work, Rolex Tower now holds the new crown.
