The building is very clean and very comfortable and safe community.! -

Nice building to stay. Rose building have studio, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms apartments. Some apartments have balcony and some apartments don’t have. Gymnasium and swimming pool also available. Building maintenance is nice. Location also good but only roads are missing. Developing area I hope very soon Road’s will be complete. View from the apartments too nice. Burj Khalifa view and creek Harbor view you can get. Too near Swiss international school. Very quiet 🤫 building -
